In 2020, I joined the team of founders of the then emerging FinTech and InsurTech Association of Slovakia, FINAS, as an open platform focused on trends and innovations in IT, AI, and related modern technologies. I was motivated by a group of talented and knowledgeable colleagues, and I was drawn to the dynamics of the development of the FinTech environment as well as the entire ecosystem of companies and institutions.
I have been involved in the financial market since 2000. In an international insurance company, I founded, built, and managed a respected internal audit unit, which, among other things, audited FinTech solutions in the environment of a universal insurer. During other periods, I applied my expertise and skills from the financial market in leading an independent financial agency responsible for the development and implementation of new IT tools and FinTech, while also serving as the Professional Guarantor verifying practical impacts on products and customer service.
It is my honor to use the acquired knowledge for the benefit of creating, building and continuously improving the environment and conditions for companies operating in the segment of FinTech and InsurTech technological innovations on the financial market under the banner of FINAS.
