Accace was founded in 2006, and over the years, it has established itself as one of the most significant players in the outsourcing and consulting services market in Central and Eastern Europe. As an international outsourcing provider, we have extensive experience delivering professional services to a wide range of clients, including corporations, SMEs, and startups, helping them optimize their business processes.
We started as a local accounting firm with 34 employees and currently employ over 800 professionals worldwide, collaborating with approximately 2,000 clients from all over the globe.

The name *Accace* is a tribute to our roots, as we originally started as an accounting firm. *Accace* was created by combining the words “accounting ace,” which translates to “accounting expert” and reflects our initial, yet still present, ambition to be an ace in the market. Our constant drive is to bring innovative solutions that make everyday work easier for both us and our clients.
As we believe in intelligent technologies, our vision is to also develop our own solutions. In addition to outsourcing accounting, payroll, and HR services, tax, transactional, and legal consulting, the portfolio of our services has expanded in recent years to include consulting for startups, back-office services, and our own startup projects.

Optiomat is a tool designed for companies where founders decide to increase their colleagues’ engagement by allocating a portion of equity in their favor. It facilitates the entire process, from creating the option plan for founders, inviting colleagues, verifying their identities, to the digital signing of the so-called ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) agreements—all within 20 minutes.
